How we work this out
From the deals we have closed ourselves, not from a national average. We look for sales similar to yours (same type, same town, within the last three years), work out their price per square metre and adjust it for the condition and for what the property has: lift, garage, terrace or swimming pool. Below the figure we tell you how many deals it was calculated from.
